Young Explorers: Nurturing Growth and Curiosity (Ages 5-7)

Young Explorers is our vibrant program specifically designed for children with disabilities aged 5-7. We recognise the importance of fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment during these crucial developmental years. Our program offers in-home services and after-school care groups that cater to each child's needs and interests.

BEFORE-SCHOOL IN-HOME SERVICES

Our dedicated and qualified support staff can provide personalised care within the comfort of your child's home. This service is ideal for families seeking additional support with morning routines, getting ready for school, and ensuring a smooth transition to the learning environment.

AFTER-SCHOOL CARE GROUPS

ThriveHub is our program designed for adults with disabilities aged 18 and above. We focus on promoting independence and social engagement through participation in community-based activities. Our program facilitates meaningful connections with peers and allows individuals to explore their interests and discover new passions.

COMMUNITY EXPLORATION & ACTIVITIES

We organise regular outings and activities that allow individuals to explore their local communities.
